SEAI EV CAR CHARGER GRANT

The Electric Vehicle Home Charger Grant is a government funded support scheme assisting residents and homeowners to install an electric vehicle charge point on their property. The scheme provides a grant up to the value of €300 towards the purchase and installation of a home charger unit. To receive payment, you must ensure that you use a Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractor.

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) offers the Non-Domestic Microgen Grant (NDMG) to help businesses, farms, schools, and community organisations reduce energy costs by installing solar PV systems. Grants are available for systems up to 1,000 kWp, with supports of up to €162,600 depending on the size of your installation. TAMS 3 GRANT

The Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS 3) offers substantial financial support to farmers aiming to adopt renewable energy solutions. Under this scheme, farmers can receive up to 60% grant aid with a maximum investment ceiling of €90,000 for the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, and battery storage . This initiative not only reduces energy costs but also enhances sustainability and energy independence on farms. By generating their own electricity, farmers can significantly lower their carbon footprint and protect themselves against future energy price increases .
